That is a re-occurring problem on newer Rams and the solution goes something like this ( I was inattentive during this discussion)
There is a two stage blower that relies upon a computer signal that is malfunctioning. Some Ram owners have experienced the same problem and there is now a TSB on a fix, which envolves reprogramming the computer. Check with your Dodge Dealer and tell them that there is a Technical Service Bulletin on this problem with the A/C. If that is what your truck is doing, the fix is easy.
