I have a brand new 2006 Dodge 1500 mega cab 4x4.

Thru this heat, the A/C been working OK.. till yesterday afternoon on my way home from work.

the A/C is pumping out real cold air, and the blower is blowing it out, but it just seems that the high speed aint pusing out the air very fast, even though its on high?

It sounds louder each step of the knob, but its not pushing it much past a slight breeze, instead of the usual heavy gale wind I remeber.

its like its choked somewhere. Is this possible?

Is there a filter somewhere I can check easily without tearing out the dash?

I need to get on the road today for a LONG trip to OK, and I cant take the time to get it to the dealer.

was wondering if any of you other new Dodge truck owners have experienced this, and what it was.

Like I said, the A/C condenser is working (dripping under the truck too) blowing cold air, but I think its the delivery of said cold air to the cab thats not enough.

its like running it on low speed. but the fan is really pushing hard, but the air aint going faster.

Anyone?

Thanks all,

Hot in Texas
