But if Joe would spring for some newer software, he wouldn't have to refresh at all. And, it would keep track of the time zones. And post would fall away, they could be teraced and respnded to indefinitely. And it would require a sign up that would prevent email address mining and spams. And it would be a PITA to get up the first time...and it would cost $150...and it would possibly cost more for hosting?.. and this site is Joe's hobby, not mine.
