I have a few hours logged on some nice Cat Bulldozers and I can tell you from experience that it will not in any circumstances climb a 45 degree hill. Stable 45 degree slopes are nearly non-existent in the foothills of California (Placer County) and ever attempting to drive down a dirt slope like that with wet tires is not a good idea. That much I know.
