Most of the time, you only need shoes $50, and 2 wheel cylinder kits @ $12.50, total $75.

Ray supplies cups because the welding/machining process requires he remove them. On big stuff like these trucks, cones come separetly.. and bearings only get replaced as needed. Likewise all those other small parts you listed.

You also left out new seals for the disc set up. And the brake lines will need to be replaced to suit different endings, so add another $50 for $725...
