Jack it up , lower it down , measure , move axle 1/4 inch to left . measure again, cut, grind , drill , bend , tack weld , raise it up. fit the part . lower it down , double check , raise the truck , take out the parts , weld some of it together, bolt it back in , trial fit the bushing sleeves, measure , measure again , tack weld , take them out , draw pattern , plasma cut filets , grind filets.

and so on.

Bet you I will need a few hours more to finish these hangers. The things look decent so far and pretty much look like a stock piece.

So much for not piecing another vehicle together.
