Yes if you have the correct bellhousing. The crash boxes have a different bolt pattern than the 435. The later PW np420 shares the same pattern as the 435. In short if you get a bellhousing from a truck that had a np420 you are set. One more thing you must swap the input shaft from the 420 to the 435. I am not sure what PTO issues you may have.Some 435 only have a PTO opening on the right side
