Here is the NSN (7705745) for MV part guys. These can be found for $75+ NOS but paying shipping and once mounted on the hub, will have to be turned and can get expensive per wheel. I believe the drum is cast iron and could be built up and turned, but that's not going to be cheap either and I wouldn't have just any shop do it. You may want to think about disk conversion as an aletnative at this point and get in on Ray H. hub run.
