I have seen stuff sell for way under value before but this one is totally a scam. Since he mentioned W.U. they only do one (count them) type of money transfer and that is the whole enchilada at the time of the transfer. That policy dates back to the days of telegraph and pony express. I did some work for them back when I was at AT&T and they haven't changed their policies in 100 years-literally. the amount you pay for each transaction has gone up but nothing else has changed. His little bit about some ebay agent holding the cash is pure horse hockey! If I were you I would at this point consult with a lawyer about what kind of legal you can use on this guy and go get him. I don't normally encourge that but this guy is giving Dodge a bad rep.
