I give the people on this forum a lot more credit then you seem to. Do you really think every dealership in these United States, which is mad up of people from these United States, operates exactly the same, and they are out to screw everyone?? Sorry, but I believe most people want to do a good job and have a happy customer, especially an experienced mechanic. I'll admit sometimes it's like beating your head against the wall but someone somewhere has seen your problem before, and the dealership records it all. You've got to help them help you. Just my 2 cents.
