I could end up with 2 of these suckers if not more. Got 2 lined up through private sellers and a trannie shop has gone into recievership. The guy at the recievers is looking into their inventory for what they may have as "cores "
The latest one has been sitting in this guys basement for 5 years. He now has a family and is quote " done with the 4x4 thing " Low milage too. Gasser 23 spline output shaft . This is the trannie that a doubler can be added to.
The other NV4500 is a diesel trannie and is supposed to have all the diesel stuff that I would need to hook up a 4bt to. Its got the 29 spline output and there is no doubler application for this. Klune does not make an underdrive either.
But do I need one ? Underdrive that is ?
perhaps I should buy both and sell whats left over to ........or keep the spare and start a second vehicle aka Paul.
