OT: Cummins vacumn leak

I have a 96 Ram 2500 Cummins. In the last few days, after about 10 minutes of driving, the truck is losing vacumn somewhere, so much so that the AC/heat vent doors will change position and no air is blown out of any vent. Any ideas?
