A buddy and I made them where I used to work. VPWs was offering them for awhile. Dimensional drawings were posted here on the Forum. Just go to Phil's PW Archive above and do a search for "cab mounts". You can sort by date, etc. If you have any trouble making or finding them, just let me know and I might be able to make some more.
