NV4500 questions

If I buy a Dodge v8 gas nv4500 what is the downside to getting the thing to work on a 4bta.

Does the getrag diesel bell housing fit on a NV 4500 ?

Are the output shafts all the same or will some not fit the 205.

What is the downside of the getrag ? I know a guy who has them in his tow trucks and says that they are fine - just as long as you change the bearing if it starts to whine.

Any ways I have a couple of lines on a NV4500 and am trying to figure out what to do.
