The tire was so hard, I ended up breaking one side of it off with a hammer, then cuting the wire bead with a cold chisel. 'Twas about 1977, so desert sun for 40 years?
It was down hill from a mine site that had a couple stripped wc 63's. I wonder if vandals rolled it down the hill, and if there are still 6-8 more of them to be found?
