Missing 'Budd' studs

Look closely at some big trucks. What you are missing is an internal/externaly threaded 'nut'.It holds the inner wheel on, instead of the nut. Then, the outer wheel is retained with nuts that have bigger holes to fit the oversized 'stud'. The stud/nut gizmo has a square end that us driven by the opposite end of the OE lug wrench.
