I have the dually configuration on 62 W300 ton + 1/2.

Replacement drums are rare NOS, and cost $$$$$.
I would prefer to replace the entire rear end assembly with something for which replacement drums and other components are available. and which is not a dually setup.
What (if any) is a possible swap out option that would accomodate this???
