Chuck, Once you acquire the correct wheels, it will also take a different lugs and studs. The inner wheel is held on by an oversized stud that is threaded inside to match your present stud. The end of this new stud is square and tightened by a 13/16"(?) square lug wrench. The second wheel goes on next and is then held in place by a new lug nut that matches the outer dimensions of the new stud. This setup is commonly referred to as a "Budd" type and tire wrenches with these two ends are common. One end is hex 1 1/2" and the other is 13/16" square. So you will need five left thread, five right thread studs & five left and right nuts. May be available at NAPA?
Hope this helps.
