If you are talking about the round turn signal with the arrow in the front and back I may be able to come up with a set. I found several sets still on trucks but it would probably take a couple to make one. Another option is put a flat lens behind the metal arrow on these ones. If anyone is interested contact me off line and the next time I go down south I will check on them.
