Glad to help. I'm pretty new too, but many of the kind folks on this board have helped me out with a lot of questions.
If the parts truck is a WC (weapons carrier, I guess), many major parts won't be useable on your WDX. The WC is a 1/2 ton, and your WDX is a 3/4 ton. Different frame, etc. The hood is different, and I believe there are some differences in the doors too. The axles, I believe, you can use on the WDX, and the rear will be the coveted 4.89 which will give a higher top speed, like about 60mph.
There will probably be a few small parts you can use from a WC on a WDX, but basically they're different trucks that share similar drivelines. Depending on the condition and price of the parts truck, you might be able to make some money or trade the parts for what you want.
