The truck is a Power Ram! Pay as little $$ as possible b/c municiple truck tend to have the snot beat out of them and usally lack maintiance. Check the to see if it is a 360 eng., all the ones I have seen were 360's. Also see if it is 150, 250 or 350. 1/2-ton, 3/4-ton, 1-ton.
$3000 is a good price if it comes with a power angle plow and everything works plus no dents or rot. The truck should run and drive well.
