I've never done the conversion, my '78 Trailduster was full time and I never got around to changing it. I was told by a company near here that works on nothing but truck manual transmissions that they can do it. It requires and over running drum in the case. I think, but don't remember for sure, it was about $200-250 with the transfer case brought into the shop. If you're in the midwest, E-mail me and I'll get you the phone number of them. It's all they do and they are good at it.
