Disk brake rotors

I'm planning on getting a set of the disk brake conversion from Heli-tool in the near future. I kept all my old Hollander books when I left the salveg business back in the early 80's. I looked up the intercvhange for the rotors that Ray has the disk brake conversion set up for. There are other rotors that can be used. These are not common and you'll probably be better of getting new ones, however, if you have these laying around for free.....

The first rotor is the one that comes off the late '77 to '91, conventional cab, 3/4 ton 4X4 Chevrotlet and GMC. On the '88-91 models, it specifies VIN models R/V.

The next rotor is off the late '77 to '85 Jeep truck, J20 with 8 lug wheels. Also the Jeep J20, 131 inch wheel base with 8 stud wheels. This is the snap ring type axle shaft assembly.

On the '74-early 77 Jeep J20 with the bolted axle shaft flange with 8 stud wheels the rotor will interchange.

The next one you can use is the '71 to early '77 Chevy and GMC conventional cab 20 series and 2500 series.

One last truck you can use the rotors off of is the '71-72 Chevy and GMC conventional cab and forward control 1 ton models (30 and 3500 series) with the 11,000 lb rear axle. This is the same as the '73 Chevy and GMC foward control truck with the 11,000 pound axle and removable carrier assembly.

I would prefer to use new rotors so I knew they were good. however, these can be used if money is tight (isn't it always) and you have the parts laying around.
