The web host is replacing all his hardware with new super high speed servers and modems. The telephone company has to have the entire old system removed BEFORE they will accept the work order to replace all lines for the new one. One of the early "Our Man Flint" movies depicted the phone company as an evil, all powerful abuser of the common man. No further comment!
