Been there done that. Just before Ray started selling his I did all four on the Command Car with disc's. Even with the original master cylinder (I hope to use a corvette dual this summer....) She stops like by Mercedes does. Straight and quick.
The one Mod that even a purist might understand, as it will allow the truck to keep out of trouble (read this as: no damage) And the life you save might just be your own (or that idiot in a Honda that just cut you off!!!
Cost: Rays kits are about $350 per axle for his parts (turned hubs and brackets+), add another $250 per axle for the rotors/calipers/rubberlines/seals, etc. that you have to buy. I'll email you my list that I used, but Ray's "Bolt-on" technique has most anything beat out there.
If I ever do get a carryall, I'll buy his brackets 1st thing.
