Exactly , $10,715. and thats counting any maintainace items, IE, any replaced parts in the last 2 years. But if you do talk restoration, replacing with nos. and trying to keep everthing original, yes My 56 chevy cost me more than it's worth and has been a total nightmare doing it, probally on avrage, alot of refurbs do run higher than on cost, the only thing I sent out was the driveshafts to be cut on my M, all other work I did in my shop..
