Axle U Bolts, or Clips as called in the shop manual are critical. Any quality shop that does springs can supply you with proper U Bolts.

They have threaded stock in various lengths and will bend them to match your sample or dimension. They will also supply you with the hardened washers and Deep Nuts which are required for proper installation. Once you torque a U Bolt, it should never be used again.
