I too am using a WC centered rear under my M37.
You will have to cut the perches off and move them slightly. Just be sure that you weld them back on at the same angle so the differential housing is at the same angle as before, it is NOT verticle. You will also find that the overall track is just a little wider. Without measureing, I forget the actual measurements. But neither of the above are anything to cause a problem or worry about.
