Didn't see it on your posts, but I suggest that you build a aluminum or tin shroud around your fan to force it to draw air through the radiator. Somewhere I read that your fan blades should be about 1" from the radiator fins. A 360 degree shroud will be the most efficient. Go to the biggest and best fan blade you can fit before you build your shroud.
