I am modifying the spare hood by bending it a bit where it meets the cowl. The fit everywhere else is good, just want it to meet at the windshield a little better. I am aware (now) of the differences in the cabs and find little things out each time. Like the rear hood latch being rivited to high on the firewall. Or the difference in the hood support rod mount angle. But the hood will fit well enough and so I will make do with what I have. Thanks to those who sent me pics which gave me ideas of how to solve the problem.
