axle breather help

i need two 1/8th" pipe thread breathers for my wc 3/4 ton. do the pws use the same setup? the m37s have a breather that works through a hole in the stud that holds the brake line fitting. the wc has the breather mounted on the top of the housing. i dont do any fording and dont want to run hoses off of a barb fitting. im looking for stock replacements this time.
