Correct .10 is oversized rod bearing most of the time that means everything should have been done at the same time with the same tollerances I have as yet to see a rebuild tag that looks like this one so I can only guess that they may have gone .20 over on the pistons and that makes no sense to me. All the rebuilds I have been involved with they do everything the same clear thru. Maybe the put that as info for the next rebuilder to know that thay could go up to .30? But no idea for sure. I have been in on 7 different rebuilds 2 of my own engines so that is my best guess hope it helps!
