Didn't saw It was the smart thing just saying that's the way it worked out for me. Still have the trailer and use it from titme to time but It passed the inspection and It was mine after all. I don't ever plan on selling it so I don't feel to bad but if i do I plan on telling the person who buys it the whole story so that way they know the truth even If the state didn't believe it.
