Tim, I had a radiator shop recore and turn it 180 in the mounting brackets. This gives you about 1 1/2", and used a stock LA 318 fan. Then as some other folks have done I had them dummy the original cap and soldered a elbow and pressure cap socket inside the cowel and under the hood for the pressure cap. 20/20 hindsite says I should have mounted it a little further out board of center than I did but it works.

how did your rear engine mounts work out?? I had to build new ones for some reason.
