Pour on top of pistons, let soak for a few days then gently tap pistons with woodblock and mallet. I have freed up many engines this way. Also the brake fluid is water soluable so it will absorb any moisture present between the rings. Be sure to drain the old crankcase and fill with frsh oil before extensive cranking or starting the engine. use the lowest cost brake fluid possible as quality doesn't matter in this application!!
