Will, do you have any idea about TN yet? Sorry I can't help with the clutch question, but it sounds like an adjustment will do the trick. The bugs can be a pain when you think everything SHOULD work as installed. I don't know if I were to measure my travel on the TW if that would help or not since it's not the same parts as you are working with. I will if you think it would help. Watch out for those contractor types,a shady bunch LOL!
