Will:

I used a wildwood master with a 1.25 slave just like you did. A 3/4 master will not work with that large of a slave. I had to build a special bracket and go with a Wildwood slave that was also 3/4" diameter. I am not fond of the wildwood stuff. It is aluminum and I have gone through a slave and master in 4,000 miles. If I could I would stay with the steel 1 1/4 slave that you have and go find a good steel master cylinder.

I will be putting hanging peddles in my Willys that I am working on. I will get a set out of a newer jeep and use both the master brake and clutch cylinders and the clutch slave. I will be using a hydroboost system for the power brakes.
