He claims in smooths out incomplete combustion. I think I'll try it on my old chevy pickup that tends to cough on Washington gas, but runs better on Idaho gas. There's a consistent difference between the two states' formulas that I've noticed for several years.
The conspiracy theory stuff sounds like a lot of BS to me, but that doesn't mean everything on the site is totally wrong.
