Another individual pointed out the picture of the inside of the cab shows something mounted on the inside of the pillar. I went back and looked at the number the arrow was pointed at this and the legend it said it was a horn but I suspect that a klaxon could of be called a horn. Not clear how the thing works per manual. The klaxon appears to be manual. I guest it could be operated from inside the cab.
I looked at the exploded view of the rear end. It has a pinion and ring gear. There are some other gears but not being a mechanic not sure what they do.
