Hi Chris,
I could be wrong, and as they say, never say never with Dodge, but I dont think a drivers side exterior lock was offered. It was a safety thing. When you took the Power Wagon to the "Big City" the driver would exit from the passenger side and then lock the door. This kept him from getting hit by one of them danged kids in their hot rods!
