Write to your congress men and tell them let's do it. only let them bulid it out of adobe and do it about 100 yards on our side of the border that way the mexican government got nothing they can say about it. And use our criminal classs to do the work. I like Sheriff Joe in maricopa county in AZ. He has the right idea! Feed them Green colored bologna(he has green dye added to the mix when it is made) and make them work. I am convinced that If people knew that prison meant they were going to have to bust hump from sun up to sun down then less people would do crime or at least less would be caught cause they would get smarter about what they do.
