I have only seen a couple in pictures, never one in person.
I have seen earlier and later D300 9' bed dual rear wheel trucks, but not 1960 model year ones.
I don't have any clue, it is rare, yet not as popular as a nice D100 Sweptline of the same year.
Neat find though!
