Advance Adapters makes The Ranger OD. Mounts on the Bell house, then the Tranny plugs into the Ranger. When using a 4 speed tranny and the OD, you end up with 8 forward speeds in 4x4 if you wish and 2 speeds in reverse, also in 4x4 is you wish. I have one of the original Ranger OD's set up for a SM-465, one tough unit.
