I'd be suprised if you could fit the big block chrysler with out either a special intermediate drive shaft or moving the transfercase.

Others have done it by direct coupling the output of the tranny to the transfercase with a single U-Joint, but the transfer case is offset to the drivers side and even with the small block I had to knotch the frame to clear the exhaust and the output shaft of the tranny dosn't line up with the transfercase input.

I even moved the radiator forward a goood 2" and used the short snout water pump and am tight, the tranny shifter set's about 2" back from the stock location.
