There were initially about 1500 Humvee's released by DRMO, 5 years ago, but the law states that surplus vehicles must first be offered to other government agencies, (some went to the Park Service and Forest Service) then, they have to be offered to allies and NATO members, then state and county agencies. That left nearly zero Humvee's available for the public. I saw two sold locally for about $25,000 and they were beaters, and they must be brought up to DOT standards before they could be registered, so they may end up like the M151, cut up as "unsafe".
Chances are that Boyce or some similar company will buy them in lots, make them legal and available, ...not bargains but available....

PS, the Humvee and H1's were initially "Jeeps", built by AMC, then AM General, which was later sold to GM. Look at the tailights on an H1, they are from CJ-7's, the 7 slot grill is from the Jeep line, door panel pull straps and some door hardware is from the Grand Wagoneer and the t-case is a NP242HD. H1's are still basically AMC poor quality vehicles, the H2 and H3 are jokes, built on Tahoe/Suburban platforms and the H3 is a gm Colorado platform, they share NOTHING in common with H1's, except the bumper "D" rings.
I wish that AMC had stayed solvent long enough to sell AM General to Chrysler, back when Chrysler bought Jeep... Imagine a Humvee with the Cummins! Instead of that puke gm diesel!
