Hey John..yes you can. as far as I know this grille will fit in '81-93 Trucks. The thing with this grille is, if you have a 89-90 CTD truck and you want to put an intercooler in it, you need this grille to clear the intercooler, and if you plan to put a CTD into a 81-90 truck you need this grille. By the way, do you still want that Transfer case shifter? I plan to look around for it today, and I hope to get a pic of it and measurements to you. I currently have the grille listed on ebay. Enjoy.
