A few tricks that may work on your truck. Try getting some louvers cut into the hood to allow hot air to exit - this works very well in most cases. Also, you can have an electric fan installed in front of the radiator for extra air moving capacity. Leave the stock belt driven fan in place to have as much air movement as possible. You may even want to remove parts of the inner fender liners to improve air flow through the engine compartment. Make sure the thermostat is rated no more than 180 degrees, this will also help to keep cooler.
