Yea there is a possibility but I have only had 5 people (including me)say that they are interested. WE could do it like that but if we can get more then we can get more from the city and local vendors etc. SO I am good with it either way but I think it would be better to have the parade and the whole enchilada. So let me know guys I will check with the city to find a good date and go from there.
