You can use a speedometer ratio adapter to correct the speedometer/odometer for any changes you made to gearing or tire size.
This used to be very easy when the parts were available (5/8 inch fittings) to mount on the back of the speedometer. These fittings are no longer available but you can still get the 7/8 inch fittings to mount the adapter on the transfer case.
While It is very easy to mount them on the transmission or transfer case of most vehicles, unfortunately it is awkward on the PW transfer case. Still you may want to investigate this as another way to solve your problem.
