A few weeks ago I asked Tom Petroff to host a picture of a key box that I had made with copies of vintage power wagon photo's inset in the door panel. Paul[in ny] ordered one and said he would send his own photo's to be put in the door panel. When Paul's package arrived and I opened it I must say I was not very surprised, I had thought what photo's was Paul going to send,picture of his carryall, the bumblebee, his maple syrup bottles, his trip to Canada, nope it was a picture of his BOY'S. This is what I like about this site and the people that use it. We all like the truck's but I also like the places it takes me and the people I get to know even though I have never met them in person. As I was making the key box I was thinking of all the dogs that I have had in my life, Duke the boxer we had when I was a kid. Dad had to make sure the dog was not around when I needed some attention to my rear section,if Duke was there the old man would get NAILED! Sunset Sooner, the beagle I had when I was a teenager, Dad let a friend of his use Sooner to go hunt rabbits, the guy lost him and never did get Sooner back. Suzy the peekapoo that me and my wife got from her sister that was going to take to the pound. Buddy Boy my wife's Golden Retriever we lost to cancer after 14 year's, and the crazy little Jack Russell we now. I enjoy being part of the peoples lives that use this site. Going back to Paul, here is a guy that loves his Power Wagon trucks and works very hard on them and spends I would suspect quite a bit of money on them and yet if he had to make a choice between the Power Wagon's and His BOY'S I suspect there would be three trucks for sale in N.Y. So if the people drift away from the truck's just a little and take me somewhere else in there daily lives that's ok by me. Thank's Fleabag!!
